Need-blind colleges for international students
Need-blind means a college decides on your application without looking at whether you can pay. Very few U.S. colleges do this for international students, and the ones listed here also say they meet 100% of demonstrated need. We include a college only when its policy comes from its official page or a cited current report; each entry shows which. Policies change, so confirm with the college before you apply.
